LBP
invited by ICOS has demonstrated the "clikker" wireless
bidding system, during the AEMB meeting in ENNIS, the 28th
of Nov. The demo was successfull with 100 people in the auction
room , playing with the clikker, to bid on 6 real head of cattle,
helped by Pat, the local auctionner -incredible prices were seen
for this demo ! - . Thanks to ICOS for this great show.

The
19th November 2011, The Sancoins
Cattle Market and LBP inaugurated its new mobile auction
system installed
on a motorised platform that moves through the stalls. Bidders all
use a wireless clikker.

From
22 to 25 August 2011, LBP tested the clikker at the Yearling
sales in Deauville, at the request of the company ARQUANA,
thus enabling buyers to bid from the restaurant adjacent to the
presentation ring. The clicker is in the hands of a "spotter"
who bids at the request of the customer.

On
16th August 2011, the Guerlesquin
market (Finistère) inaugurated its third sales tool
supplied by LBP for the MOL – The first system
(in 1972) was also the first electronic tool for clock auction
sales in France. The second tool lasted 27 years! The new
electronic diode display was designed and produced by LBP to
last just as long!

real-time display of the price, characteristics and photo of
the object on sale.

June
2011: delivery and installation on the SANCOINS
market
(18) of an original and complete sales and management tool, a
sort of "mobile auction" installed on a motorised
platform that moves through the stalls. Start up in the autumn.

29
March 2011: first sale at the PARTHENAY
clock auction (79). In just 4 weeks,
LBP supplied and installed a complete market, including the sales
tools with 18 Clikkers, a projector, and the tools for managing
cash payments to sellers.

The first sales were led by Michel
Robert, who managed the Ploermel market.
29 October 2010: timber
sales resume at the Ussel market
July
2010: After 6 months of renovation, the USSEL market is back in its
original premises. The auction room has been heat and sound
insulated and the offices extended. Buyers now have 40 wireless
bidding stations (Clikker).

June 2009: The Saint-Christophe clock auction opens its doors. The sales and
management tools were supplied by LBP. The room is equipped
with 45 fixed bidding stations and 30 clikkers.

May 2009: Following the
criminal fire that completely destroyed the Ussel auction
rooms (19) in April, the market administrators mobilised all
the companies concerned to build a “temporary” auction
room in just a few weeks - LBP participated and set up a sales
tool using double LCD screens and "clikkers" for the
buyers.

November 2008: Eolys (22)
adopts the portable bidding tools with the clikker v3, and the LBP
management software for auctions at its 7 markets in Brittany.

October
2008: Sicafome opens its second auction room. Equipped with 40
clikkers v3 and a rear projection screen, in addition to the
first room, it enables 2000 animals to be sold in one day. A
new management tool is installed by LBP to manage sales in
both auction rooms

March 2007: The MOL (Organised
Lamballe Market) re-opens the Saint-Mayeux Market and equips
itself with a new transportable sales tool, with a sales
console, a display board and "clikkers" (version 3
wireless bidding machine), all equipment
made specifically by LBP.
December 2006: New sales
equipment in Ploermel (56) for Coral, South Brittany. The previous
system was installed by LBP in 1980! + 25 years of faultless
service, but it was time to change, spare parts were hard to come
by.
The new sales installation
allows sales animation by means of a projector installed above the
ring.
LBP
also supplied the market sales management software complete with a
full set of traceability, editing and invoicing tools.

2005 :New office for LBP....same
adress !

March
2005: Installation in Lieurey (27) of new sales equipment at the
Clock Auction. 25 years old, the previous system supplied by LBP
deserved its retirement. The new equipment includes a light table
made by LBP which displays the per kilo weight, to the great
satisfaction of buyers.

January 2005: First
electronic auction of timber at Ussel: 40 000 m3 sold in less than
2 hours to around thirty buyers who used LBP’s wireless BiBox
bidding machines. A full software package is used to process the
data and print out all necessary documents immediately.

December
2004: Installation of the Clock auction at USSEL (Correze). The
new rooms can house 72 buyers. A giant screen, 3 meters in
diagonal displays real-time sale data, with a live or recorded
video projection of the animals presented for sale. LBP also
supplied the sales management and traceability tools and the sound
and interphone equipment
Start 2004: Presentation of
the sales software for the FishSALE fish auctions. Fully structured around TCP/IP, it also
allows for operation in local or remote mode with buyers and
auctioneers not present. - Online demonstration on request.
June 2003: Delivery to
COOPAGRI-BRETAGNE of a transportable SALES installation with
wireless bidding machines CLIKKER and the management software LBPGest
